[Project_owners] Project tagging available

We've added a way to "tag" your project in order to make finding projects 
easier (see bug#7021 - https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=7021).

If you view our front page you will see the tags that are currently available; 
larger font means more frequently used; lighter color means more recently 
used.

In order to change your project tags, you can visit this page:
https://www.mozdev.org/profile/project_tags.html

You will be asked to login with your CVS username and password; you will only 
be able to modify tags for projects you are a project owner for.

We are hoping to add a search mechanism in the near future as well that would 
make it easier to find projects based on how they are tagged as well as by 
what applications they support.

Let us know if you encounter any problems; either here or on the bug is fine.
