This contains at least a little information about the CVS, mailman and
Bugzilla passwords.  Anyone is welcome to add to the wiki docs if what
is there isn't clear enough.

I usually respond to people directly when they ask for a password
reminder since they usually want to know the admin password for their
project's list and not the subscriber password for whatever list they
ask their question on.
