[Project_owners] Top 50 Projects page

I wanted to let everyone know that the Top 50 Projects page is back at

http://www.mozdev.org/projects/top50.html

This gives information about page views, hits and bandwidth usage for
the most frequently visited projects on the site.  The page also tracks
change in position among the projects.

Getting this page working again is a step toward our goal of providing
stats for all projects hosted on the site.  For information about other
stats that are currently available, look at the bottom of this page
