[Project_owners] CVS log RSS feed

We've recently added an RSS feed of a project's CVS log (see 
https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=17780).

The snippet from our updated docs (http://www.mozdev.org/docs/features.html):

This allows your visitors to keep track of what activity is going on in your 
CVS tree. In order to view the RSS feed, add the following link to your RSS 
reader:
  http://PROJECT.mozdev.org/cvs_rdf.html 

Please replace the PROJECT with the name of your own project.

Example:
  http://www.mozdev.org/cvs_rdf.html
