No.  That would be this bug: 7137 - getCVSRev and Download counter 
(https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=7137) and possibly this bug: 
17302 - mozdev.org should allow for secure installs 
(https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=17302).  These bugs will be 
worked on in the near future.
