Hi group!

I'd seen that HTTP responses HAVE a "Date" HTTP header, but HTTP requests do not have one.

Would it be OK if I've added a "Date" header to an outgoing http request, with the same format as an
HTTP response Date header (ex: Date: Thu, 22 Nov 2007 20:51:35 GMT)?

Should I use X-Date, or another name, instead?

Ideas, insults, etc... are welcome ;)
