[Project_owners] Should the website be split up?

If you're interested in discussing site-wide changes, perhaps we should
hold off for a little bit until we start discussions of a redesign. 
I'd love to see us focus on a redesign in 2008 so I'll let everyone
here know more about those plans when/if the board decides to move
forward on that.
