[Project_owners] Bugzilla 3.0.2 test installation

We'll be deploying Bugzilla 3.0.2 to Mozdev.org in the near future (we don't 
have a deployment date yet) and would like our users to take a look and make 
sure things look good.

The content has recently been synced to mozdev.org's content, so you should 
have most of your bugs available here.

Let us know either on the list or in the bug if you encounter any problems.
