[Project_owners] Wrong Email Address in mails from mozdev.org

I believe the sysadmins are doing some mailman maintenance to try to
fix the time lag we've been seeing lately for delivering mail from
lists.  There was a huge queue of blocked messages that they cleared,
so these bounces are coming from that and I think this was a one time
thing.
