[Project_owners] Changing themes in Drupal

I've stumbled on another problem, this time when adjusting colour 
scheme. To reproduce, select the "garland" theme and click configure. 
When you try to change any of the colours you get the following message:

"There is not enough memory available to PHP to change this theme's 
color scheme. You need at least 120.02 KB more. Check the PHP 
documentation for more information."
