[Project_owners] can't change user theme in drupal

Hi,

I re-read http://mozdev.org/pipermail/project_owners/2007-November/010414.html which says
non-default themes in drupal (for users, not admins) should work. However, it doesn't work for me
at http://instaclick.mozdev.org. I get the same results that Adam described.

Any ideas?
