[Project_owners] Should mozdev.org generate an updates.rdf file for our projects?

I was confused by this too.

I think Doug *does* mean that this is a feed of XPI updates on Mozdev. 
It is just an unfortunate naming conincidence with the file for actually 
updating an add-on, which most call update.rdf. Perhaps Doug's feed 
could change to a different name, e.g. xpi-updates.rdf.
