[Project_owners] Drupal 5.4 upgrade

Mozdev's Drupal installation was upgraded to drupal 5.4 
(http://drupal.org/node/198186) this morning. The upgraded was spurred by a 
security vulnerability (SA-2007-031 - http://drupal.org/node/198162) found in 
certain contributed modules (none that Mozdev runs by default).

If you encounter any problems with any hosted sites running drupal let us 
know.
