[Project_owners] iframe not updating

Hello all,

I have a chrome application with two buttons each
assigning different url to an iframe.

The iframe can only render the first url assignment
but successive assignments to the src attribute have
no effect.

I am sure that the corrent Url have been assigned as I
do a dump message to the console.

The same is true with xulrunner 1.9x (dec 05 release)

I really need to have this fixed because of a tight
timeline.
