If you want to have a go with it, download the following files:

mozIStorageConnection.idl
mozIStorageDataSet.idl
mozIStorageFunction.idl
mozIStorageService.idl
mozIStorageStatement.idl
mozIStorageStatementWrapper.idl
mozIStorageValueArray.idl

and download the SQLite Browser from:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=87946&package_id=91778&release_id=414746

and also download the Precompiled Binaries from:
http://www.sqlite.org/download.html

and start reading:

http://www.sqlite.org/docs.html

note: there doesn't seem to be any off-line documentation, which is too
bad for me because I will need it next week.
