[Project_owners] nsIAlertsSevice.showAlertNotification()

Hi Eric

Yeah, it was really too bad that we had to do the whole thing from scratch,
but it was the only way that we could get the multi-line thing to work.

Actually, my partner-in-crime wrote it. I have forwarded him this thread to
see if he has any pointers.
