[Project_owners] SmartSync Project and Mozdev Terms of Use

I read the three messages.

Since Creative Commons seems not made for "coding", I'll change the
license. I'll do it within the next 24 hours.

I'll move the entire site on mozdev, as well. I just need some time,
since I want to check every page before moving on mozdev.
