[Project_owners] How to select new <treerow/>?

Anyone? I also posted this here:
but haven't gotten any replies. To rephrase the problem: I have an
RDF-backed <tree/>. I add a new resource to the RDF which correctly
displays in the tree. Now how can I select/highlight that new item in
the tree?

Would appreciate any help--even donate cash to another project in
return :)
