There's a default limit to the number of bugs returned by a fulltext 
(a.k.a. "find a specific bug") search, but there's no limit for a 
non-fulltext (a.k.a. "advanced") search, and that's the kind you're 
using.  This looks like a bug in Bugzilla, possibly the version on 
mozdev (if modified), otherwise the version released by the Bugzilla 
project.  Just in case it's the latter, I've filed a bug on it:

In the meantime, as Phil said, it looks like you can work around the 
problem by adding the "limit" parameter to the search URL.
