For some reason, the projectFoo.mozdev.org/bugs.html page is pretty
badly broken. http://bugzilla.mozdev.org is showing a Perl error
page, and I'm having trouble logging into CVS.

Is someone doing something evil?

DBI connect('host=127.0.0.1;database=tigris;port=3306','tigris',...)
failed: Host 'localhost' is blocked because of many connection errors.
 Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/mach/DBI.pm line 586

I think something is up. I see this:

Logging in to :pserver:[myuserid]@mozdev.org:2401:/cvs
cvs [login aborted]: Error reading from server mozdev.org: 0: No such
file or directory

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****

Probably - mysql is overloaded again.

I think you'll find it's parts of Europe that use $25.000, whereas the US
[ and UK ] generally uses $25,000.

The comma as separator is afaik a US/UK (AUS?) thing.
Anyway, as it's three zeroes, it has to be the grouping sign, two zeroes
would
indicate decimals - or does anybody use a currency which usually has three
decimals for the smaller unit?

Nope, it has been better. I think this is part of an attack I've been
seeing.
