[Project_owners] How long for extensions to be approved

Wow, 30 minutes to 3 weeks... That's quite a standard deviation! Guess it
depends on whether or not we catch them during a busy period...
Are there other places to post new extensions besides mozdev and

Next 5 - 3 weeks, with the first 4 being discarded because there was a more
recent release in the queue.
