[Project_owners] wishful thinking

I don't know the status or even if /any/ work is being done on this
at mozilla but SPARQL <http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-sparql-query/> is the W3C's recommendation as a query language
for RDF.

xulapp appears to have some SPARQL support <http://xulapp.mozdev.org/XaLib/SPARQL/QueryEngine.html>.
