[Project_owners] Bounty for 1.4?

I'm not worried if it makes it into Mozilla's offical 1.4.2 release that 
is being worked on or not.

It Has to work with GlobalMinds Internet Code that like Netscape is 
based on the Stable 1.4 Branch
