[Project_owners] RDF templating question

Right, I've tried that with no luck.  I even tried called 
builder.rebuild() manually.  That's why I was hoping to find a working 
example I could crib from and figure out what I'm doing wrong (since I'd 
be willing to be it's my problem, not Mozilla's).
