[Preferential] no workee

	Yes I saw that preferential.jar had the wrong perms, but even after
changing it to 644, I can't get it to display the option under the edit
menu as a regular user.  Only displays under root.  Using the
chrome://... url works fine.  How do I reset my mozilla to "try again"?
