[PortableFirefox] Windows 98

[mind rehab]

This program has worked great from a Lexar flashdrive on a computer running Windows XP.
But I've tried 2 different computers running Windows 98, and although program list shows that Firefox is running, nothing happens in terms of the program loading and displaying a browser window. I have the directory structure set up just as the default configuration, which works fine on Win XP. Do I need to change something to get it to work in Win 98?
