[PortableFirefox] USB .htm file as home page?

I think there's a way to do it with either file:/// or chrome:// or 
resource://  It may require some messing with to figure out where you 
could place it and have it picked up.

As for -url... I'm pretty sure it needs the full path, so you'd be out 
of luck there.
