[PortableFirefox] USB .htm file as home page?

Greetings, John Haller and Portable Firefox users everywhere!

I have installed PFF on a USB drive, and it works fine, EXCEPT...
I would like it to open a .htm file (nextaction.htm, see
http://trimpath.com/project/wiki/NextAction)
as its home page. If I Open the file from the  File menu, the drive
letter is included. If I then carry the drive to another machine where
the drive letter is different, of course PFF gives an error message
when it starts up.

Is there any way to include the startup file in the PORTABLEFIREFOX.INI file?

Failing that, is there a way of passing the filename  "nextaction.htm"
as a -url parameter in a batch file ?
