Same error is repeated in many words so it is coming so much. 1. k. (nukta) is not getting converted to ? (single letter k having nukta) ????.? ?.?? ??.??? ??.???? because of the above, if any vowel sign is coming after ? that is not getting merged in it because ?. is not a letter of alphabet. ????.? ?.?? ????.??? ??.?? so, if 1 is solved then it will go away. 2. ^M is getting individually converted to ?? whereas it should be ? (chandrabindu) (I think it is going wrong only when there is some maatra on previous letter or that chandrabindu is above some vowel.) ????? ??????? ??????? ????? ????? 3. If halant (?) is used after letters k kh g j D dh ph f, then the . coming after that halant as per practice of shusha is not getting converted to the (letter with a nukta) and then halant. btw, all other "letter + nuqta" are working correctly. I don't know how it got left. mayby, you have given code of kh in place of k, or something like that. so K halant . is becoming ? ? . where as it should become ?? similarly for all the above nuqta words similarly ??. ???????.???? ?????.??? maybe, you had assumed that one would put "letter nuqta halant" combo, but as shusha does force you to do that, and the it appears correctly in any combo, people use to write "letter halant nuqta" combo. 4. if chhoti i ki maartra ? is coming before a letter that has nuqta after it, that is not moving properly after nuqta so if ? ? . is there it is not becoming ?? ??????.?.? And that is all.
