[Padma] transformed document not getting saved in unicode

I had a word file having hindi in shusha font. I saved that as web page 
so word saved that as htm and that got opened directly in firefox. I 
transforted it and could see that as unicode in firefox.

However when I saved that page in firefox as web page only, it got saved 
but when I opened that again in firefox, it again showed that as Shusha 
and I need to transform that again to unicode.

Is it firefox issue or padma issue. Once the page is visible in unicode 
how do I save that in unicode.

however, when I saved that in firefox as text file, it got saved but was 
showing unicode as ??? when opened in notepad. So, firefox was indeed 
recognizing the transformed unicode.
