[Padma] Unicode Conversion Gateway with new font converters

Hi all,
    Unicode Conversion Gateway version 0.5.1 has been realeased on
sourceforge.net.

* It now supports the conversion of the following Devanagari fonts
ManjushaBold, ManjushaMedium, Kruti Dev 010, Shree-Dev-0714, Kiran font
family. I have uploaded some of the corresponding javascript files in
the bugs section.

* Support added for converting the following site's content into
unicode:
Daily Kesari
NTV telugu
Prabhasakshi
Sankhyakiya Patrika
Haribhoomi
AnandaBazar Patrika
Netrajyoti Hospital
