[Padma] Support for popular Puzha.com Malayalam site

Hi,
Padma is yet to have support for Malayalam Puzha.com(which uses Chowara
font).Anyway it seems that they are going the Unicode very soon.Meanwhile
I attach herewith a .js file for the Chowara font.

Padma with the jar having Chowara.js is here at
