[Padma] Change in options doesn't get reflected in right click menu

previously, I had Devnagari and Bengali scripts, and ISCII and ITRANS
ticked in the options menu.

I unticked Bengali and ISCII today.

now only Devnagari and ITRANS are ticked.

however, in the right click menu in the mail body pane,

- when nothing is selected, the following options are appearing:
Transform ISCII to Bengali, ITRANS to Bengali, TAB to TAMIL

- when any text is selected, the following options are appearing:
Transform to unicode, ISCII to Bengali, ITRANS to devnagari, ITRANS to 
Bengali, TAB to TAMIL

TAMIL was never on in my options.

why all these?
