[Padma] Transformation problem

Dear Saravanan,

Thanks for detailed instructions!

For the problem 1, Padma transforms the number
correctly in win XP, but it has problems only in
linux. Anway, dinamalar font is displayed correctly in
XP without padma as well.

After going through several steps, I could make padma
transform correctly in FF2 in WinXP.

I selected the TSCu_Paranar font as advised by
somebody else in a web site (I read this long ago in a
web site) for the default tamil unicode font. The text
shows up correctly (only a problem with rough
edges...sort of "no anti-aliasing" effect). The
transformation still has problems with any other
unicode compatible tamil font (eg. Sooriyan.com, etc).

Now, my question is: Is there any problem with other
unicode tamil fonts (except TSCu_Paranar)? OR Is this
a problem with something else?

Secondly, Galeon (based on the same mozilla rendering
engine) in redhat 9 shows Google tamil correctly, but
not the Tamil wikipedia. Do you think that it's
somehow linked to the above problem?

Thanks,
Parthiban.

PS: Please feel free, if you want me to test
something!
