[Padma] Does padma support TL-TTHemalatha font

TL-TTHemalatha font is not supported by Padma. But Padma supports
TLW-TTHemalatha font [1]. By looking at the font name it seems that
they may have same encoding, but I am not sure on that. More
investigation needs to be done on that.
