As you can induce from the project's webpage[1] there is currently a
reorganization going on. Translators used to have SVN access, but as
part of the ongoing changes it is currently inaccessible. I imagine
that as soon as the new infrastructure is set up there will be an
announcement that will include how to continue contributing to the
localization of Mouse Gestures.
