[Optimoz] translation of Mouse Gestures

I never liked BabelZilla anyway. I don't want to use a system where you 
just put up a release to get a random amount of translations, possibly 
including the ones you shipped with previously (but with new texts from 
different people). It may be okay for small extensions, but not for 
MozGest. I want to have someone for each locale who makes a 
non-temporary commmitment, a _maintainer_.
