[Optimoz] text/plain extension: gesture

I'm currently using this text/plain extension to select an url in a text
then open it in a new tab or window via the context menu

it'd be great if you can incorporate it into the current gesture of
new-blank-tab/open-link-in-new-tab with something like
open-link-in-selected-text-in-new-tab

if you can do the above then you can also expand the gesture
open-links-in-tabs with
open-links-in-selected-text-in-tabs
