[Optimoz] Toggle Adblock

Little something based directly on "Toggle JS". Works with the Adblock 
extension, allowing for fast toggling it on/off without meddling in the 
menu and prefs. Useful in case you see "false positives", legitimate 
pics blocked by Adblock.
Gesture used: U3L. Think of the gesture shape as slightly tilted A for 
Adblock.
