Not really.  Menu should appear if Xms has passed since last right
button release (without another click), or if the user moves the
mouse.  This means that the mouse must be completly still to to this
gesture.

This is an old gesture that netscape 4 supported (via an obscure
Xresources setting).  It is by far the fastest way to go back, once
you learn to keep your hand stable while double-clicking right mouse
button.

But, if it isn't supported I'll simply have to accept the next best
thing - right button, left drag gesture.
