[Optimoz] NL locale for mouse gestures

[Asciimonster]

I noticed that mouse gestures did not have a Dutch localisation.
Therefore I tore the mouse gestures xpi apart and translated the files
located in /locale/en-US as best as possible. (See attachments). I did
not translate 'placeholder' since I was as a complete loss how to
translate it.

Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to pack it back into an xpi so
I can check if everything is ok. Any help would be helpful.
