Again sorry for the delay in responding. Some weirdness with getting the
messages.

Good idea. I'll plan on adding an option to disable context menu items.

A couple of other users have mentioned this too. While I was researching
this,
I found the Link Toolbar extension which had a lot of the same functionality
as NextPlease plus a lot more. The URL is
http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info/linktoolbar.
I actually wish I found this before I started my own project, but I think
the
reason I hadn't was that I was really focused on keyboard shortcuts which
make notebook navigation MUCH easier and Link Toolbar didn't have shortcut
functionality at the time (they do now).

I'm not sure if I should bother adding all the first/last/up/home
functionality and
completely duplicate Link Toolbar since it wasn't my original intention and
it
seems kind of redundant. Although making a first pass at first/last/up/home
would
probably not be difficult.

Still NextPlease may be better for control freaks and non-English users or
control freaks who are non-English users, since you can customize
keybindings
and you can add your own phrases in other languages. In the next version of
NextPlease, you'll be able to adjust the regular expression matching as
well.
