[Needlesearch] NeedleSearch Toolbars

Hi Harry,

I had contact about this with StumbleUpon as well. They problem is that even
if we do
vote which toolbar gets to keep the shortcut: there is absolutely no
guarantee that some
other extension doesn't take it as well.

Unfortunately there is no shorcut key project or something at mozdev that
keeps track of
these shortcut keys and everybody can register their shortcuts or have a
look to see if it is
still available... This problem can therefore only be solved if you can set
it in the settings...

Maybe somewhere in the future.
