[Needlesearch] NeedleSearch for Netscape 8

Hi!  First I'd like to say this is my favorite search toolbar it's 
features are simply amazing.  I am having one problem though:

I cannot get the launch editor to work on the latest version of Netscape 
8.  I'm pretty certain it worked with 8.0.1 but is not working in 8.0.3.3.
The actual toolbar loads fine and you can add engines normally, but when 
I launch the editor to rename my search engine I get this error:

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://needlesearch/content/editor_moz.xul
Line Number 87, Column 23:              <menuitem label="&closeCmd.label;
----------------------^

Can this be fixed?  I have renamed the .rdf file to get this to load in 
N8 but the launch editor doesn't work. Once again, this is again the 
best toolbar made and it'd be great if it worked for N8
