[Needlesearch] needle search will not install on .09

 I attempted several times to install NeedleSearch to FireFox .09, but to no avail. I've also de-installed it, and then attempted to re-install, but the same thing always happens---> The download manager in .09 says it's been installed, but it does not show up in the "view->toolbars" or anywhere else I can see. After the "dom" says needlesearch had been installed, and that I need to restart my browser, I click "ok," and then needlesearch disappears from my extension list, and nada, nothing, nyet---no needle search on restart. It does detect I have it when I attempt to go to the needlesearch page and download it, and does detect that I don't have it installed after I uninstall it.  I sent an email earlier, but was told "spam assassin" detected my email might be spam... egad... LOL.
