[Needlesearch] problem with firefox .09 and needle search

Hi. I really liked needle search with my firefox .08 browser, but now I can get needle search to download. The download manager says needle search is downloaded, and to restart my browser, however, then it disappears, and when I restart my browser, needle search is no where to be found. Thanks for anything you can do.
