[Mycroft] Fire fox Search Engines

I had this happen as well, but after an automatic Winblows update,
shutdown, and cold reboot I can now add new search engines. Not sure if
the Winblows update fixed things, or the cold reboot.

Anyway, I can back you up that this behavior (not being able to add
Firefox search engines) does occur.
