[Mycroft] Wikipedia plugins

Hi.   I have over a hundred Wikipedia and Wikiquote plugins in
Sherlock and OpenSearch format, both full-text and "instant". All the
Sherlock plugins are full plugins in Seamonkey. You can see the list

(In my opinion, the only plugins should be the "instant" plugins,
which is what I've done on my site, since it's often right and it
falls back to full-text anyway, and it should put less load on
Wikipedia, but it's no more work to generate both.)

I'd rather not upload all 100 to 400 plugins by hand, but I also think
it would be a bad idea to write a program to upload them all at once
via the form interface. Are there any alternatives?
