[Mozile] Do I have to wait for 0.8 ?

Hello,

This looks like a really cool tool. I need to build an editor for some
simple data. 

Rendering the XML with CSS in a nice editable layout is easy, and I'd be
willing to build my own MES file (I've tried, but with no luck. It seems
I haven't been able to get Mozile to find it or care about it if it does
find it). 

Do I need to wait for 0.8 or can I do this with the current release? I
have the extension version 0.6.31. 

I don't really need validation, but I could provide a RNG if that would
help.
