[Mozile] Mozile and Dojo

Hi everybody,
ok, here's my humble opinion (a lot of Cons ;-)):
- Dojo is huge (ok, it is a framework ;)). But what about developers who
don't need all the nice functions of the Dojo toolkit? And what about
those, who use Mozile with other frameworks in their existing and future
projects like prototype, scriptaculous and prototype windows?
- Dojo is slow (maybe 'cause it's huge - sorry for that)
- I don't want to load tons of javascript libraries on my pages when I
just need Mozile
- Dojo has - as I know - it's own Richtext-/ HTML-Editor
I would like to choose the components / functionalities for my websites
in a modular way, means: I don't want to integrate a heavy weight
framework in my project when I only need an HTML editor like Mozile.
So please don't give up the freedom for developers to choose their
framework by giving up Mozile as a standalone program :-). Mozile is IMO
the only Editor of it's kind and should be independent of any frameworks.
Best regards, Josef
